HOW TO READ YOUR TRACKING

Not every update means your package has stopped.

Courier shipments move through multiple facilities. Tracking can sometimes remain unchanged while your package is travelling between locations.

"In Transit" Your package is travelling between courier facilities. It may take some time before the next scan appears.

"Reached Hub" Your shipment has arrived at a courier facility and will continue toward the next destination.

"Out for Delivery" Your shipment is with the local delivery network and is generally in the final delivery stage.

When will my tracking become active?

Tracking normally becomes useful after the courier receives and scans the shipment. If you have just received your shipping confirmation, give the courier some time for the first scan to appear.
